The Center for Health Design announced Nov. 3 that Randy Carter was hired as vice president for partnership development. Carter most recently served as senior vice president at Derby, Conn.-based Planetree where he was responsible for leadership and development.
Carter has more than 20 years of experience instituting new strategies and technologies to help health care facilities put patients at the forefront of their vision. He’s also published numerous books on the importance of designing and implementing patient-centered care. At the Center for Health Design, he will work with industry partners to develop design strategies, programs and events for the health care community.
