Marketing Solutions

Each bi-monthly magazine and monthly e-mail newsletter covers the industry with timely reporting on issues that matter to decision-makers. In addition to tracking facility development across the country, we target specific buying groups with departments devoted to Design/Construction, Management/Operations (for owners and managers), Suppliers, and Finance/Business.

Founded in 1994, Correctional News is the only news magazine specifically dedicated to correctional facility construction, maintenance and operations. With a magazine and e-mail newsletter widely read by facility operators and managers as well as architects, contractors and suppliers, Correctional News has become a “must read” business news publication in this unique market.

Since 1998, School Construction News has been the news magazine devoted specifically to educational facility construction and operations. Magazine and e-mail newsletter readers include several segments of the “building team” including school administrators, facility managers, school board members as well as architects, contractors and suppliers in the field. Special attention is paid to the maintenance and operations segments, including facility maintenance managers, safety and security directors and food service directors, of this stable and growing market.

Launched in 2002, HC&O News provides valuable business news to the healthcare facility market.  Readers of our monthly e-mail newsletter include architects, engineers, and contractors as well as facility and operational managers.  Specific to healthcare is the increased attention to maintenance, operations and safety and security.  HC&O News was the original news publication devoted to this growth market.

Started in 2006 to meet the growing need for energy efficiency and sustainable building information targeting commercial and industrial facilities, Green Building News provides product news and business information for a number of different vertical markets in our monthly e-mail newsletter.  In particular, Green Building News readers are comprised of architects; contractors and facility managers involved with industrial, transportation, public, education, commercial, healthcare, R&D, and hospitality facilities.  A common goal is learning how to more efficiently run these types of facilities and the energy and efficiency savings that can be obtained from doing so wisely.
